Opening of the SILA office in Switzerland

The company SILA International Lawyers with great pleasure announces the opening of a long-awaited Switzerland office in the city of Neuchâtel.

Switzerland has originally been a priority area for the firm. Considering the company’s specialization in sports law and the fact that the majority of sports federations are located precisely in Switzerland, the presence of the company in this region is indispensable. Besides, it has to be borne in mind that the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), successful cases in which made the company SILA well-known, is situated in Lausanne.

The Switzerland office will be headed by Alexandre Zen-Ruffinen – a renowned lawyer and counsel, equally famous for his cases in sports law, as well as in general and commercial practice.

Alexander is also experienced in proceedings before the Swiss Federal Tribunal, where he reprensented several famous clubs, players and athletes.

Besides, Alexander’s record includes many real estate, commercial, criminal and civil cases, as well as successful legal advice to clients regarding many other issues.

Thus, apart from the services in the field of sports law, the Switzerland office will provide legal counseling to the firm’s clients in the fields of tax, insurance, labor and criminal law of Switzerland.
