SILA International Lawyers is pleased to announce a new partnership with the International Chess Federation (FIDE)
SILA and FIDE signed an agreement for a period of 1 year, from August 2019 to August 2020, with the possibility of further extension.
From now on, SILA will act as an official legal partner of FIDE and in this capacity will advise the International Chess Federation on various legal issues.
Founded in 1924 in Paris, FIDE is one of the largest sports organization in the world, with 191 national chess federations as members. With headquarters in Lausanne, FIDE acts as the governing body of international chess competitions.
