FC Tom ruled responsible for substantial breaches of contracts with players

On 19 January 2017 the RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber issued 5 decisions in respect of 5 players, who had

terminated the contracts with FC Tom unilaterally following substantial, over 2 months, salary debts.

NDRC confirmed the fact of substantial breach of contracts by FC Tom in respect of following players: Samodin, Diyakov, Ten, Dudiev, Kochenkov. Unilateral termination of contracts by the players was ruled committed with just cause. NDRC obliged the club to pay compensation to the players in the amounts provided in the contracts.

Besides, the NDRC obliged FC Tom to pay salary debts to players Yarmolickiy and Zhirov.

The ban on registration of new players was put on FC Tom until fulfilment of obligations in front of players.

The players were represented by lawyers of Legal Sport Law Company.
