FIFA DRC has issued a decision in favor of Azmoun

Today, on 26 January 2017, FIFA notified the parties a decision on case of Football Player Azmoun against FC Rubin (Kazan).

According to FIFA DRC Decision, claim of FC Rubin was rejected in full.
FIFA DRC did not find any breach on behalf of the Player, when the latter had terminated the contract with FC Rubin.
FIFA DRC obliged FC Rubin to pay to the Player outstanding remuneration under the Contract, which was ruled as valid.
