Kazakhstan football federation might be banned from participating in international competitions

FIFA sent a letter to the Kazakhstan Football Federation demanding the federation to take measures to prevent clubs from applying to ordinary courts for resolution of football disputes. The reason for FIFA’s focus on kazakh football is the litigation of FC “Aktobe” with several ex-players of the club.

Partner of the law firm SILA International Lawyers Mikhail Prokopets gave an interview to SIA “SPORTINFORM” where he assessed the current situation and predicted further developments.
