New Busines of SILA International lawyers

Under the new brand SILA International lawyers the company is enlarging and reinforcing its range of services, in particular, a new non-sports sector has been established, the experts of which work in such fields of law as contractual, criminal, corporate, administrative, town-planning, energy, and other.
Ms. Ekaterina Yakovleva, a renowned lawyer, has come to collaborate with the Moscow office team and take charge of the new area of business.
Ekaterina will be in charge of a team of lawyers of the new business area focused on project administration of the Russian and foreign clients in such industries as construction, energy, aviation, railway transport, banks and financial institutions, retail, media, and technologies.
Ekaterina will also be in charge of developing new directions of corporate and anti-monopoly practices, private client practices, and public and private partnership.
For more than 10 years Ekaterina has successfully represented her clients as a lawyer in courts of arbitration and courts of general jurisdiction of Russia, in governmental authorities; she gives legal advice on various aspects of commercial and corporate law, as well as on the issues related to legal due diligence performance. Prior to joining the Company she has been on the professional team of YUST Legal Firm.
