Pavel Pogrebnyak and FC Dynamo signed settlement agreement

Ex football player of the Russian national team Pavel Pogrebnyak has signed settlement agreement with his FC Dynamo Moscow. This winter the player was fired by the club due to alleged breaches from the player’s side.

DRC of the Russian Football Union recognized that the club terminated the contract with the player without just cause and ordered the club to pay compensation to the player.

Both parties mutually refused to appeal the case to the CAS and settled the dispute.
