Swedish player Besard Sabovic prevailed in a dispute against Football club Khimki (Russia) in the Court of Arbitration for Sport

Following FIFA, CAS ruled that the player had terminated the employment contract with just cause. Thus, the club is obliged to pay to the player the compensation for breach of contract and to repay the debt on bonuses.
