The RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber fully sustained the claim of FC Ural against Vadim Skripchenko

On 20 January 2017 the RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber considered the claim of FC Ural for recovery of compensation for voluntarily premature termination of the labor contract without just cause from the club’s former coach Vadim Skripchenko.
The Chamber ruled that the coach shall pay to the club compensation in the amount, determined by the labor contract, whereas it dismissed the coach’s counterclaim in full.
