Artem Dzyuba won against Spartak Moscow

RFU PSC upheld an appeal of the player Artem Dzyuba.

RFU Players’ Status Committee (appeal body) upheld an appeal of the player Artem Dzyuba and canceled decision of NDRC from 2 June 2015. This case was about fine for the player imposed by FC Spartak Moscow for the player’s interview to official website of FC Zenit. The panel has decided that the club breached the right for freedom of speech and the fine was illegal. Spartak Moscow is obliged to pay to Artem Dzyuba unpaid debt. The player was represented by Legal Sport.
