CAS confirmed the decision of FIFA Disciplinary Committee regarding sporting succession of FC Rapid 1923 SA and payment of debt

Court of Arbitration for Sport dismissed the appeal of Fotbal Club Rapid 1923 SA (Bucharest, Romania) and confirmed that the club is obliged to repay the debt to professional football player Nemanja Milislavljevic.
CAS confirmed the decision of FIFA Disciplinary Committee which established that the said club is the sporting successor of SC Fotbal Club Rapid SA, which had debts before the player and was subjected to insolvency proceedings.
