On 16 October 2020, CAS delivered an award regarding the appeal of Ivan Temnikov against the decision of the FUR Dispute Resolution Chamber, fully dismissing the player`s appeal and confirming the FUR DRC`s decision. Let us recall that on 2 August 2019, the FUR Dispute Resolution Chamber rendered a high-impact decision on the claim of Ivan Temnikov against his previous club FC Dynamo Moscow for compensation for premature termination of the employment contract and other payments. FUR DRC dismissed the player`s financial claims in their entirety.
