CAS Victory for Moses Ogbu (Sweden, Nigeria)

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed the appeal of the Chinese club Shaanxi Union FC and confirmed that the club is the sporting successor of Shaanxi Athletic FC. 

Our client, Swedish-Nigerian player Moses Ogbu was successfully represented by SILA International Lawyers in close collaboration with our colleagues at Nordia Law.

CAS upheld the FIFA ruling holding Shaanxi Union responsible for the debts owed to Mr. Ogbu by its predecessor.
