Claim of the players’ agent Ronen Katzav v. FC Ural has been rejected

FIFA Players’ Status Committee dismissed the claim lodged by the Israeli players’ agent Ronen Katzav against FC Ural Yekaterinburg (Russia). The agent has requested from the club his commission for the transfer of football player Toto Tamuz. In this case the club has managed to prove that it had never concluded any representation contract with the agent and that the agent is not entitled to get any commission from the club.
