FC Chertanovo (Russia) won the legal dispute against FC Kairat (Kazakhstan) in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS)

CAS rejected an appeal of the Kazakh club Kairat against a FIFA Decision dated 10 September 2020 in regard to training compensation awarded to the Russian club, Chertanovo.

SILA represented FC Chertanovo in both instances.
