FC Rubin shall pay salary debt for Alexander Ryazantsev

12 September player Alexander Ryazantsev was awarded by DRC of the Russian Football Union with a decision on salary debt. DRC had oral hearings during 5 days, and in final decided that additional agreement signed by unauthorized president of the club is valid. So FC Rubin has ban for registration of new players until payment of salary debt for Alexander Ryazantsev. The player was represented by Yury Zaytsev.
