FIFA AGENT EXAM NEW DATES ANNOUNCED

On January 20, FIFA published information about the 2026 Football Agent Exam and opened applications on the FIFA Agent Platform.

Due to the expected high popularity of the exam, FIFA has tentatively set several dates: April 28, 29, and 30, and May 5, 6, and 7, 2026. These exam dates are provisional; FIFA may change the specific exam dates. We currently do not anticipate any significant date changes (for example, moving the exam from late April to June), but we do believe a shift of a few days is possible.

Registration for the exam is now open and will be available on the Agent Portal until March 6, 2026.

SILA is opening pre-registration for the next FIFA Agent Exam preparation course – the SILA Agent School. More detailed information will be available in our upcoming announcements. Russian-speaking candidates can contact us at yakhno@silalawyers.com.

In the meantime, we would like to draw your attention to the following key aspects of applying and registering for the exam:

1. The deadline for registration for the exam on the Agent Platform is A STRICT ONE

No application will be processed after March 6, so we strongly recommend that applicants submit all required documents to the Platform in advance, especially given the time it takes to verify candidate compliance with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations.

Furthermore, in 2025, applicants who submitted their documents during the final days of the application deadline were required to take the exam on a reserve day, as all slots for the main day were already filled. To ensure you have the opportunity to choose a more convenient date, we also recommend submitting your application as early as possible.

2. Submitting documents to the Agent Platform is NOT the only step to registering for the exam

After submitting your documents, you will be asked to pay the exam fee and select a time slot.

This procedure will be implemented similarly to 2025 – through the VICTVS platform, which organizes remote exam administration for FIFA (see also below).

We strongly recommend that you check your personal account on the Agent Platform daily, where you will receive information or a link to VICTVS, instructions for booking a slot and paying the fee, as well as an email.

There is also a deadline for selecting a time slot –March 29, 2026. This deadline will most likely also apply to fee payment.

Please note that payment with Russian bank cards is not possible and we recommend that you arrange for the fee in advance.

3. Specifying a specific exam location is not a formality

When filling out the form, you will be asked to indicate the exam location (city). We ask that you carefully select the location, as any discrepancy with the actual location on the day of the exam, which is accessible to invigilators via IP addresses, may result in denial of admission to the exam.

4. Particular attention to technical requirements

Starting in 2025, FIFA will administer the exam remotely (without visiting the national federation) using a safe browser that blocks access to third-party websites during use.

Applicant monitoring is also carried out via a smartphone camera with the appropriate app installed.

There is also a deadline for checking the candidate’s technical readiness to take the exam – this check must be completed by April 14, 2026.

This test is MANDATORY; failure to pass it will result in denial of admission to the exam.

Detailed instructions will likely be posted on the Platform or on the VICTVS website when you book your exam slot. We ask that you regularly check these resources for new information.

When testing your connection, we strongly recommend that you conduct this test at the same location where you will take the exam.

FIFA does not consider any technical issues to be force majeure and will not allow you to retake the exam until the following year in case of any technical failure.

Furthermore, we encourage you to read the FIFA information document on the exam procedure. This document addresses important issues, including on the equipment used, choosing the right location for the exam, and more.
