FIFA decided in favor of the coach Andrey Chernyshov (Russia) in his employment-related dispute against Mohammedan SC (India)

After the prolonged non-payment of the salary and bonuses by the Indian club, the Russian coach was forced to terminate the employment contract. The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber ruled that this termination was justified and ordered Mohammedan SC to settle all outstanding debts to the coach and pay to him the compensation for breach of contract.
