FIFA DRC has ruled in favor of Armstrong Oko-Flex in the contractual dispute against PFC Botev Plovdiv
We are pleased to share that the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber has ruled in favor of Armstrong Oko-Flex in the contractual dispute involving the player, PFC Botev Plovdiv and PFC Levski Sofia.
The dispute arose following the player’s departure from Botev Plovdiv in January 2026 after exercising a contractual buyout clause.
Botev Plovdiv challenged the validity of that clause before FIFA.
The FIFA DRC rejected those arguments and upheld the player’s position, confirming the effectiveness of the contractual mechanism relied upon by the player.
