
Football club “Africain” was found responsible for breach of contract with Seidu Salifu
In February 2016 the player of Ghanaian national team Seidu Salifu unilaterally terminated the contract with Tunisian club “Africain”, having his salary unpaid.
By the decision of FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber issued on 8 September 2016 pending debts were found sufficient and termination by the Player was, thus, made with just cause. FIFA DRC obliged the Club to pay to the Player all the debts together with the compensation for unilateral termination of contract by the Player with just cause.
The Player continued his career in Turkish championship in football club “Adana Demirspor” the city of Adana.
In FIFA the Player was represented by attorneys of “Legal Sport” Law Company.
