“International Sports Arbitration” was held within the framework of the Congress on Private International Law

On 17 April 2024, a youth scientific section “International Sports Arbitration” was held within the framework of the Congress on Private International Law which was organised with the support of SILA International Lawyers.
The participants included students, postgraduates, practicing sports lawyers, representatives of sports organisations, arbitrators of the NCSA and jurisdictional bodies of all-Russian sports federations/sports leagues, and other persons interested in sports law issues.

The discussion was moderated by Yury Zaytsev, Partner at SILA International Lawyers and the faculty academic staff of Kutafin University (MSAL).
Ilya Chicherov, Managing Director at SILA International Lawyers and Yury Yakhno, Senior Associate at SILA International Lawyers acted as experts.
