Lokomotive shall pay to Nika the interest for the late payment

FC Lokomotive is obliged by the RFU to pay to FC Nika the interest for the late payment.

31 August 2015 the Players’ Status Committee of the RFU (appeal body) upheld the decision of the Dispute Resolution Chamber in the dispute between FC Nika Moscow and FC Locomotive Moscow in respect of the interest for the late payment according to the transfer agreement regarding the player Denis Glushakov. FC Nika was represented by Legal Sport. Now FC Lokomotive is obliged to pay to FC Nika the interest for the late payment.
