The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow dismissed the claims of Vladislav Bondarenko, the former sports director of FC Torpedo Moscow, in recovering the debt on bonus

On December 7, 2021, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow dismissed the claims of Vladislav Bondarenko, the former sports director of FC Torpedo Moscow, against the said football club to recover the debt for bonus payments, compensation for moral damage and interest.
The court did not establish legal grounds for calculating and making a bonus payment in favor of Mr. Bondarenko, which resulted in dismissing of the main and all derivative claims.
