Football Intermediary won the case in CAS

We are pleased to announce that the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (CAS) has upheld the claims of our client, an intermediary, against a professional football player.

Taking into account the evidence presented, witness testimony, as well as an independent expert examination of the signature carried out as per the CAS order, the agency agreement was declared to be valid and the services were deemed to be rendered. Accordingly, the player is obliged to pay remuneration to the intermediary.
