RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber has ruled in favor of Spartak Gogniev in dispute against FC Alania

RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber found that the football club had unlawfully imposed a disciplinary sanction of dismissal on the coach and consequently terminated the employment contract without just cause.
Therefore, the coach’s claim for payment of the corresponding compensation for termination of the contract was upheld.
