The RFU Players’ Status Committee having heard the appeal of FC Rubin on Dmitry Torbinski case reached a decision to dismiss the appeal of the club.

Thus, for unilateral termination of Dmitry Torbinski contract, FC Rubin is obliged to pay compensation to the player.
