SILA International Lawyers secures another victory before CAS

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has ruled in favor of Bulgarian coach Ivaylo Petev Bogdanov in his dispute against Baniyas Football Sports Club Company LLC (UAE).

CAS overturned the previous FIFA decision, which had denied the coach’s right to full compensation, and ruled that the relevant penalty clause in the contract was invalid under Swiss law.
