The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) found that the collective appeal filed by three former members of Al Arabi SC (Kuwait) against the club was inadmissible

The former members, unhappy with the decision of Al Arabi’s general assembly, initially filed a claim before a national arbitration body. Their claim was rejected at the national level.

Al Arabi SC was represented in the proceedings at CAS by SILA International Lawyers.
