The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) had overruled the decision of the FIFA PSC in the dispute between PFC Botev (Bulgaria) and Fremad Amager Elite APS (Denmark)

In contrast to the FIFA PSC position, the CAS has concluded that the parties have duly signed a valid waiver in relation to the sell-on fee stipulated by the transfer agreement and PFC Botev was not liable for payment of the sell-on fee. In this regard, the FIFA PSC’s decision was set aside.
