The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has ruled on the appeal of FC Al Ain (Saudi Arabia) against FC Sabah and player Bahlul Mustafazade (Azerbaijan) regarding the decisions of the FIFA Football Tribunal

CAS dismissed Al Ain FC’s appeal and upheld FIFA’s decisions that FC Al Ain must pay compensation to FC Sabah and the player for unilateral termination of the transfer agreement and employment contract, respectively, without just cause.
