The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has ruled on the appeal of Olea Sports Capital (Russia) against Professional football club CSKA regarding the decision of the RFU Players’ Status Committee

CAS dismissed Olea Sports Capital ‘s appeal and upheld the Committee’s decision which, in turn, upheld the initial ruling of the RFU Dispute Resolution Chamber to reject the Olea Sports Capital claim against PFC CSKA.
