The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruled that it does not have jurisdiction to entertain the appeal filed by Bulgarian Chess Federation 2022

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruled that it does not have jurisdiction to entertain the appeal filed by Bulgarian Chess Federation 2022 (BCF 2022), which is a non-member FIDE, against the admission of Bulgarian Sports Chess Federation (BSCF) as a FIDE member for Bulgaria.

FIDE was represented in the proceedings at CAS by SILA International Lawyers.
