The FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) has ruled in favor of Fahaheel SC (Kuwait) in employment-related dispute against Ahmad Fawzi Mahmoud Alreyahi (Jordan)

Successful outcome before the FIFA Football Tribunal.

In Ahmad Fawzi Mahmoud Alreyahi v. Fahaheel SC (FPSD-21446), the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber rejected the player’s claim for compensation for breach of contract, while the Club’s counterclaim was partially accepted.

As a result, Ahmad Fawzi Mahmoud Alreyahi was ordered to pay compensation for breach of contract to Fahaheel SC.
