The Swiss Federal Tribunal has dismissed the appeal filed by Diósgyőr FC (Hungary) against Sergey Kuznetsov

The Swiss Federal Tribunal has dismissed the appeal filed by Diósgyőr FC in case 4A_478/2025 against Sergey Kuznetsov and the CAS Award CAS 2024/A/10680.

The CAS had declared the club’s appeal inadmissible after it failed to request the grounds of the FIFA Players’ Status Chamber decision within the prescribed 10-day deadline, rendering the decision final and binding.
